THE MOSCOW INTERNATIONAL BIENNALE FOR YOUNG ART AFTERPARTY
The Moscow International Biennale for Young Art is one of the largest and most ambitious projects in the field of modern art. In the summer of 2016, Trekhgornaya Textile Factory grounds hosted the V Biennale for Young Art, organized by the National Center for Contemporary Arts and the Moscow Museum of Modern Art. A strong team of curators and a spectacular list of participants made for an incredibly interesting and multifaceted exhibition, and its opening deserved a grand celebration.
Unity organized the afterparty for the Biennale’s opening on Trekhgornaya Textile Factory grounds, invinting Moscow’s most prominent art celebrities, trendsetters, bloggers, and media. The event gradually moved on to an all-nighter at NADEZHDA space (one of the former manufacturing halls of the factory). The party was co-managed by Unity and the Sila Sveta agency, the latter presenting yet another form of art during the event: a special light and video set-up.
The event's musical headliner was Evian Chris, one of the most interesting and promising electronic musicians of the time.
