OMNIVORE MOSCOW 2015
A double team of Unity and Journey had three days to make the following happen: 15 master classes featuring 17 chefs from five different countries; two pop-up dinner sessions in the DI Telegraph space that was transformed from a lecture hall into a Michelin venue with professional kitchen staff headed by two chefs, fine interior design, and classy music; and a special two-day market offering the rarest and most peculiar culinary necessities. Oh, and don’t forget the mighty Omnivorious Party that welcomed all of Moscow’s food enthusiasts: 1,500 people sampled masterpiece dishes by young and talented chefs and danced to the beats pumped by Moscow’s top DJs.
