New Year Balagan Party

In winter 2021 we got a request from our friends in Warner Music and Atlantic Records to help them organize a New Year party. This year it would be special: the two companies had just merged, and this event would help their employees meet and connect in person.

Our creative script put the guests inside a Romany baron’s mansion (in fact, inside a well-known to us Spiridonov Mansion in Maly Gnezdnikovsky lane), where an exciting story of a lost inheritance unfolded with their participation. To support this story, we engaged Romany performers to immerse the guests into the drama, constructed a ‘Romany chic’ setup, provided Balcan appetizers and infusions and special cocktails with ‘Veladora’ and ‘Voda’ bar teams.

One of the most exciting things in organizing a party for a music label is that there’s no lack of great musicians. Apart from the official lineup, some ‘domestic’ artists of the label improvised on stage during the evening, and we provided DJ sets by Chagin and Mr.And–7.
